- Perform car wash and detailing services, including exterior washing, interior vacuuming, and window cleaning.
- Drive customer vehicles through the car wash tunnel and ensure a thorough and efficient cleaning process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
- Assist with additional services such as buffing, window tinting, and other detailing tasks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility and equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in car wash or detailing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure a high-quality cleaning job.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency.
- Basic knowledge of custodial duties for maintaining cleanliness of the facility.
